Does this mean I can shamble through the morgue to find some fresh bodies to download? It says 'No categories have been found' ?

Not yet.....Sarku is the only one who can grant full membership. He's probably preoccupied with the final
days of his district-Z Kick Starter. So hold off shambling for a bit.When you get full membership your user name will turn blue.
