not a true zombie movie.. but mor elike 28 days with humans that are crazed.

it was done pretty good. decent effects. dialog believeable.. etc.

secret govt program recruits students needing extra $ into a research study.... study exposes them to a gas to make them crazy dangerous... it works.

apparently to be used as a bio weapon with no lingering effects. ie.. no disease to get out of control. etc.

I picked this one up as well and watched it a week or so ago. I agree with your impressions... decent, but not incredible. Not sure I would recommend it to my friends who aren't into films like this, but for a casual filmgoing experience, it was okay.
