Me too - is this not the case? Is the answer in the Grave Weapons Rules as per deleted post?

Just re-read the SotF rules and on the back page summary there it is: "Speacial Move Action". So this is in addition and not instead of. Not sure how I misunderstood but it makes building barricades easier, which is a good thing.
