Heroes will be next week or so.

Oh yeah, some may notice I didn't "ring" the bases on "Team Olive." I did that intentionally so they can also be dropped into my Pathfinder/D&D campaigns and will match the bases on my other minis.
You have been busy-nice work. Makes me want to unpack my paints & get to
work on a project. Alas I'm getting ready to move at the end of the month so
I won't be set up to paint for awhile.

Great work! That's one mean horde coming to dinner in Woodinvale.

Thanks trev! It's a whole lotta work but I think it's well worth it. I might want to get some flocking and construction sand to decorate up the bases eventually.

I started painting heroes today. I've just primed and painted their skin so far. I finished the zombies with a black wash, but for the heroes, I plan to do a very thin black wash, then go back over and do drybrushing and highlights afterwards that way they have generally brighter colors than the zombies.

I've done the same - seems to look right.
Here are the first five heroes I've done, more or less finished...

And a side view of the same:

that amazingly well done thanks
very nicely done, need to finish of my zeds, as far as basing goes I've seen people use the black sand, and after it dries just a quick highlight (mostly on 15mm I've seen this)
Wow, really nice work.
I wish I could find the hours in the day to paint all my minis. Anyone know of any good reasonably priced commission painters in the UK?
