When painting the figures, I use the cards for reference. But the best is a sketch of the character often included in the rules or photos of the costume at a convention.

HP2 and the townsfolk in LNOE10 lack these.

I just don't know, for example, the skirt color of the cheerleader.

Any help on any of all of these characters?

Just a guess from the Box Art-the skirt looks Blue( from the little I can make out). In the Football Hero
fig from LNoE his Team Jacket is Blue & White so I'd go with Blue.
