I bought mine at my local brick and mortar store in Wisconsin. They're out there.

I just ordered it from Gameslore. Thanks to Capey for the heads up on that store and elsarge for the release date. It cost me £23 (which includes shipping). I can't wait until arrives and when it does I will post my thoughts on here.
