How do you store this game after assembling the figures? What about after getting expansions? What is the best way to store everything so it can be easily transported to game night? How do you organize everything to reduce setup/tear down time.

This is a great question. It's years later and I've put a lot of energy into the quest for a suitable organization system for this game and yet... *deep breath* I still haven't found what I'm looking for.
