I've submitted version 3.1 to the Vassal site. Version 3.1 now makes selection of Boards (Center and Corner), Heroes, and Scenarios random. You will have the ability to draw a specific Board/Hero/Scenario if you wish. I've updated the first post in this thread with the current version that is uploaded on the Vassal site; I'll continue to do so as I add more assets and functionality.
Next on my list is to add some fan-made/web-content scenarios. I've added one to v3.1 - What Is This Stuff. But there's a whole lot more out there, so I'm going to grab a bunch and see which ones I can add.
