Hi there, I'm new on the boards, I hope you can help me with this doubt about the item: first aid kit.
The text say I can use it in any hero in my tile or adjacent, so can I heal myself? Can I heal a hero who moves that turn into my tile or adjacent one?

First Aid Kit can be used on oneself.

Another trick: You can administer first aid on someone even as you move. Move next to them, use it, finish your move.

Official answer from Jason Hill on BGG when asked if you could move to someone - heal them - finish move:
Quote:That is correct. The First Aid Kit can be used any time 'except during a Fight'.
