Before you go after painting the minis read up on the tackiness issue.
Google 'painting minis tacky' and several threads come up on several miniature lines that, like LNOE, have a chemical problem with tackiness that never goes away unless you follow a few simple prep procedures.
The sites will explain it better than me.
