Martian Leader - Orguss - 10-25-2010 01:39 PM So last night we had this discussion. Martian leader says it's pack ALWAYS hits on a 3+. So on first read seemed that as "If you roll a 3 or higher, you hit with no dodge as it always hits" One of the others said wait, I think it means it "No matter the pack size, the pack has Roll a d6 on each laser blast of 3+ it hits" The always certainly throws a wrench, any ideas? RE: Martian Leader - gavindowning - 10-25-2010 01:58 PM We've played it as the latter. I think it makes sense that way -- otherwise, the leader would be REALLY unbalanced. Because that'd be potentially 4 likely damage every round. RE: Martian Leader - mqstout - 10-25-2010 03:07 PM I saw the larger pack as only reducing the number needed to trigger a dodge roll. I did not make it a dodge-free hit. |
