I've been thinking of rewriting some of my more powerful LNOE characters to utilize the Power Token mechanic from IFOS. Just trying to think of a dot rule/rating to add it so that the Small Town Heroes can gain and use dots in some way.
One way I thought to do this is rate this rule at one dot and allow Heroes to roll for power tokens and use them to reroll a die or use two tokens to use any building's pick-up power.

To be honest, look at the chars. The Lnoe chars are much stronger in my opinion than some of the IFoS. The shooter is an exception as that gun is ludicrous and the ability to keep it alive.
