Am at work without my rules with me. can someone remind me the differences in killed and kileld instantly?

Killed is "fill all wounds". Killed instantly is best answered from the horse's mouth itself: http://flyingfrogwiki.com/ffpwiki/index.php?title=Card:Meat_Cleaver
Wounds from the "killed" (including instantly killed) can be prevented normally.

ahh.. got it.. the instant kill ends the fight and prevents the zombie from wounding the hero. that's what I was unclear on.
