Try Defcon: everybody dies
It's liek a video game version of "wargames" the movie. The game costs only 12 bucks, but it's a helluva good game. YOur goal is to lose fewer millions of people than your opponent. YOu can play as the USA, russia, asia, South america, and even africa. IT's real easy to learn but complicated enough for lots of strategic play. If ya got a dark sense of humor, you'll love it
