Water themed areas
Wrecked ship half on land half on water
Marina
Docks
Boat ramps
Shipping warehouse with a truck side, a boat side, and a train area
Train yard
Train station
Little box sheds where power and train equipment is
Sheds for suburbia with garden tools
Sumps - fenced in lower elevation area where drains lead
Quarry
Junk yard
Some nice suburban houses
Fire dept with ambulances and outdoor raised platform for training
Water tower
Deli
Bagel store
Camp (crystal lake)
Subway tunnels and stations - perhaps they were gated to keep the dead down
Meat packing plant
Slaughter house
Barns
All the workers that would fit these areas
Sport Fishermen
Lobster men
Shippers
Truck drivers
Train men
Firemen
Etc

I always look at Woodinvale and Timber Peaks as small mountain towns. So some of the buildings that I think it is missing are:
Elementary School (they have a high school but no Elementary School)
Fire department
Forestry office (people have to get camping and Christmas tree permits from somewhere)
Small House or Cabin (I know we have the Manor House but, a small 4 or 5 square house would be cool)
As for Heroes we really need a Firefighter in this game what the hell kind of small town and logging community does not have a Fire Department.
