I vote yes, although as I understand it, this is some sort of Diocracy with a Dark Worm Lord calling the shots. I believe some sort of living sacrifice is normally offered.

I have three dogs I'm dog sitting that I wouldn't mind getting rid of as well, and even a fourth of my own if necessary.
so a grand total of three children and three dogs and a fourth if needed.
