Naw, I'm not that incompetent. Watchmen02
It's something with IE9, compatability mode doesn't seem to help either. I've rolled back to 8 now, so that should help.
Only happens on my desktop too, for whatever reason. My lap top seems OK.

Found this: http://dev.mybb.com/issues/1501

I know at least one other person (Soundguy) is having this issue now.
If whoever is in charge of this joint could run this update, that would be much appreciated! I'm sure it won't be long before more people are running IE9.

If it was as easy as "running an update", I'd do it. The fact of the matter is, EVERY TIME I've tried to update this board, I have problems. I hate doing it because it breaks the board, the plugins and causes unneeded stress on yours truly. I'm not up for doing it right now and dealing with the hardships that it causes. I have too much going on at this time.

Thanks for your understanding.

IMO it is very charming to have some people talking like Tommy two times...

I hear you Sarku.
I run a phpBB and have crashed it twice losing a lot of data in the process when running the newer version updates.
Thought maybe MyBB was different, but apparently not.

The current work around for this is to use the "New Reply" button or hit the "Preview Post" button if using quick reply.
The goofiness only seems to happen when using quick reply.
