He is. Give him some hand weapons and he's a killing machine. Especially with stuff with wins on ties or Instant Kills. For anyone who doesn't know about Victor; he gets an extra Fight Dice with every hand weapon he's carrying. He gets them with out having to use his combat bonus' either! So the chances are he's keeping them.
These stats speak for themselves. I think if you picked the any Heroes from the top 5 of the Survival list you'd be in with a good shot.
I mean look at Sam's track record
Sam: Played x15, Killed x4, Hero of the Game x 4, Survival chances 73%

I just noticed that Ash is on your Ultimate Heroes list, but not the survival probability list. Do you happen to have his survival number available? I would love to know how he stacks up.

Well I just trawled thorough all 40 reports and he came out at 56% which tells me he's pretty well balanced. Now if only he had an Advanced Ability...
