I have two questions regarding minions.
1) do you start the game with minions on the board?
2) do minions always move during the mystery phase or only when specified?
I have looked through the rules and have not found much on these two points.

You only place or move Minions when directed, as directed.

Thanks moonsylver. That is what I thought but didn't want to be doing something wrong.
