Hey there, I've been here a while and am looking to become a full-fledged member and gain access to the downloads section. Let this serve as my official application.

Geez, it looks like I can't even get anyone to fart in my direction.
Since I don't have access to the downloads section is there someone that can just tell me what is in the downloads section and what the character creation template there consists of? All I want to do is to create some of my own characters for the game.
