I go to the submit download screen, browse and find the file, and then click submit... page loads and loads for awhile, then goes back to the Downloads screen without adding the Hero Template. Am I missing something?

Nope... I just have to approve them. I usually ask that if something is uploaded. Send me a PM and I'll make sure to approve it right away.
