This model is available from Hasslefree Miniatures http://www.hfminis.co.uk/shop?category=miniatures~modern-adventurers He's called Ken he can have this set up (Pistol and Flashlight) or you can give him the Pump Shotgun.
I enjoyed researching the colour scheme for this model to get it right (the same as the Walking Dead series costume.) Plus I tried a new technique of painting a recently shaved head. Please zoom in to get a closer look at the detail!

I think the way you've painted the flesh throughout is impressive - a very realistic look.
My own efforts at a US police uniform came out as more Forest Ranger apparently
