Cancelling zombies cards not 'Remains in Play' - Achtung Panzer - 08-09-2017 07:46 PM I know the rules say that Zombie cards cannot be cancelled "once dice have been rolled" and I understand this for Fight: cards. But can you use a Hero card 'cancel a Zombie card' option on zombie 'Remains in Play' cards? Some Hero card actions specify 'Remains in Play' for cancelling, but not all. So I guess I'm asking if the 'cancel any zombie card' action specifically means 'any Fight: zombie card' before dice are rolled? Often there's a die roll requirement to cancel so I've been playing 'cancel any zombie card including Fight: and Remains in Play'. Sorry if this is obvious, but I've been away from LNOE too long and the memory fades. RE: Cancelling zombies cards not 'Remains in Play' - ATOEtalGeek - 08-09-2017 09:11 PM Yes, if the ability is not otherwise limited then it can cancel any zombie card...Fight, Remains In Play, etc. RE: Cancelling zombies cards not 'Remains in Play' - mqstout - 08-09-2017 10:53 PM Yes, you can. The "Cancel a remains in play" is a specific limitation on that card that it can only cancel those that remain in play (and not, e.g., a Fight: card.)
