Depends. What kind of dog was it? A little yappy bugger? I hate small dogs since they are more unpredictable that bigger breeds. My family have always had Great Danes and they are the kindest and best dogs as far as I am concerned. We have always rescued or taken in Danes that were abused or were needing a home due to the people who owned them before (seems to be city folk who think they are great little puppies until they get bigger and they cannot manage them silly City folk. :P) the dogs are big but freaking gentle as all get out. I've never met a Dane I have never liked.

Cats are a lot like women I find (not all women but most that I have met or dated). Want nothing to do with you unless you have something or they need something and then they won't leave you alone until they get it. :P LOL!

I got to agree with CP on this one. I prefer dogs as well. And no no the overgrown rat-kind.
We have an English Bulldog and I have had some dogs in my life and I can asure you that ACE (the bulldog) is by far the craziest dog I have ever met/had.
She has an attitude wich is unbelievable. Strongheaded and stuborn and always up for fun.

And cats...yep...alot like women Zombie17

It was a big dog. Big enough to lunge over a fence in a single hop. I used to like dogs and if I could get a German Shepard I would own one in a heartbeat. They are my favorite k-9's. IDK I just started liking cats in the last few years. As long as they have food and water they will largely take care of themselves. No need to walk them or take them out to crap at 3 am or for me 10 am. I'm a night owl. Also when cat's do their business in the house it's concentrated in one spot the litter box, as opposed to dogs who crap all over leaving a doggie land mine field or marking their territory on every corner and couch.

But I digress this was the first time in my life I have been bitten by a dog and I don't hold the species accountable for it. Just that one.

I got bit by a dog once. Pretty much where you got bit. A BIG sheepdog named Howie... it wouldn't let go... scared the crap out of me.
