I like your ideas for fatigue, what about increasing the zombie limit also say start with 14 regular spawn, then 14 auto spawn then finally 21 auto spawn for the last six turns or something of that nature to show the increase in the zombies presence. or maybe go 14, 21, then 21 with gave dead for the final six turns.
