I have found the rules fairly well written, however, they are challenging to wrap your mind around when you skip the quick start recommendations and immediately implement the advanced components.
One difficult aspect is that there is not an index. Sometimes it takes me 10 minutes to locate a small but important rule. It took us about 4 games before we could play without the instructions on the table. We still use the player turn cheat sheet cards. |
