Well I've had no problem with the Soft plastic-basic warm warsh/DW detergent prep-spray
basecoat -paint & secure with varnish (I use Gloss & a second Matt coat).Note I haven't done any LNoE figs but plenty of similar soft plastic types. Samuraitrev has painted tons of LNoE figs so he could give specific details,I've done lots of soft plastic & haven't had a problem. It doesn't make it rigid nor cause it to chip off if it gets bent.
