RE: What games have you bought recently?
I tend to like horror more than others in my group, so it's been hard to get them into actual horror games. We picked up a few so far, along with others with horror elements.

Betrayal at House on the Hill
:A group of townsfolk venture up to local mansion...and things go horribly awry.
:Love it or dread it, depending on the haunt.

Betrayal at Baldur's Gate
:A group of adventurers enter the medieval fantasy town of Baldur's Gate...and things go horribly awry.
:Just got it, but looks really interesting. Basically a mashup of D&D and Betrayal.

Boss Monster
:Monsters lure heroes into their dungeons with treasures, trying to kill them and steal their souls.
:Easy to pick up, takes awhile to learn good card combos. Have a few expansions too.

Dead Men Tell No Tales
:A gang of pirates loot a stronghold of the undead...while it's on fire!
:May seem easy enough, but takes strategy to win as fortunes can quickly turn against you.

Dark Tales
:Dark spin of fairy tales, with a cast of characters to aid you, various locations to find treasures, and of course...villains to spoil your opponents plans.
:Easy to pick up, takes awhile to learn good card combos.

Jupiter Rescue
:Robots rush to escort inhabitants off the space station while fending off hordes of aliens.
:A little goofy. It feels more like a giant puzzle game. Nice minis though.

Last Night on Earth
:Hardly needs any explanation here. LOL
:Played it with another group and finally managed to get our own copy. Zombie17

Small World
:Rise and fall of fantasy races vying for control of a small continent. Some undead race options and lots of combos when paired with "powers".
:There's also an "Underground" underworld version, but it's out of print and hard to find.

When Darkness Comes
:Minions of demons and undead have taken over town. Comes with standalone missions and a campaign (requires several expansions to finish).
:The original rules were clunky, but they eventually fixed them (somewhat) in expansions and compiled a "complete" rulebook over on BBG.
