Well it sort of comes down to personal taste but for me:
1.Rise of the Crimson Hand-You get more figs + an another Vile Organization of Villains(Cultist) , Epic City Events unique to each major city. 2.Treasure Hunters- New Heroes figs, personal missions for Heroes.
