I contacted FFP regarding availability of HP2 in UK. Here's their reply:

I looked up the order info and our distribution partner in the UK has not yet ordered LNOE Hero Pack 2. So, it will probably be on their next order. Distributor orders are based on the interest level and desire of stores and individual customers. You can email Esdevium Games and/or your local game shop and tell them that you are looking for Last Night on Earth Hero Pack 2. This should help to show interest. Watchmen02
