In the original Necromunda from the 90s you had an expansion called Outlanders I think it was called which focused on gangs that were less than savory and living in the hive, still like mutant gangs and there was an option for one type that was like zombies.
But iirc to have zombies you needed a special character something Varios or something who was the zombie master. |
