Battle Summary

The Empire sought to break the Gluttons Center but the Imperial Artillery barrage fell short and the damp power charges fouled the cannon causing them to explode. The Papal 1st Regiment supported by the Papal 2nd Regiment them advanced on the Gluttons left Flank. The Gluttons responded by moving two Demon Hordes against the 1st Bavarian Arquebus Battalion on the Empires Left Flank. The Papal 1st Regiment smashes the Demonic Horde opposing it but the 1st Bavarian Battalion volley into the Demon Horde advancing on them has little effect. Bran Carnoth and his Battalion supported by a Squamata Regiment move on the Empires Center and the 2nd Bavarian Arquebus Battalion .The Gluttons main attacked is on their Left Flank as a Demon Horde attack destroys the 1st Papal Regiment.The Glutton Horde now goes into a Feeding Frenzy and turns on the 2nd Papal Regiment but is totally defeaded by the Papal troops.

The Empire seeking to exploit its field advantage make an all out effort on the Gluttons Left Flank sending the 3rd Papal Regiment to support the 2nd Papal Regiment which now charges a Flagellant Regiment but al out gamble fails when the Flagellants cut down the attacking 2nd Papal Troops. The Empire has no success on the Left as the 1st Bavarian Arquebus Battalion volley against the Gluttton Horde again does little damage. The Empires Right Flank is now in serious danger
being held by only the 3rd Papal Regiment. The Empire attempts to take the pressure off its right by having the 2nd Bavarian Arquebus again volley on Bran Carnoth and the Squamata but again little damage is done to the advancing troops.The 3rd Papal now must save itself and attacks the Flagellant Regiment that has pinned it the attack fails and the Papal Troops are forced to retreat leaving the Empires Right Flank completely exposed. The Empire Army pulls back leaving the Field to the Gluttons.

Result: Glutton Major Victory 4 VP (5-1 for low enemy Casualties)
