Not if the gameplay is varied and fun, but I'm a bit worried about the size of it.

That could be, even with 4 evil enties , their own minions,& changing
village elders secrets after a while with the same group its "not another visit to the windmill".But until then it should be a nice ride

A couple of expansions during the year would help this & the board
design would make it easy to just create another town with new
locations & enties,cards.

FFP seems to have games on a production (Mars Invasion in 09)
schedule so they may or may not have expansions for AToE
in mind-then again they suprised me with getting out GH fairly
quickly after LNoE.

I was also thinking of using my Arkham Horror Boards with AToE
system (I love AH but rarely have the time to invest in a game
& if I do others don't).I also have an old Board Game Minion Hunter
that involves moving around a city & building up your "Hunter"
& taking on various Dark Plots & beings.Its set in the near future
but with a little home brew could pass for..say Baltimore in the
early 1800's.

Oh well its probably another month before I have AToE so I'm
getting way ahead of myself :rolleyes:

They made a special effort to get it there. the music cds weren't in the box because they hadn't shipped to china yet so FFrog had them ship the cd to them and they handed them to you when you bought the game. They also had a small expansion ala "stock up" for 10 bucks. It doesn't come out til October! They put it on for us. oh and the girl in the minuteman costume, rowr....

I couldn't buy one as the line was so long and SLOW moving. I hope they have enough tomorrow!
