Four atomic bombs and 2 rebuilds. (Or, in a cooperative game, one rebuild for your deck, and one that's in the Resistance Event deck.)
Yeah, cities can be destroyed, and no one (except the Vyborian Arbitors) can gain any points from that. That's actually part of the strength of the Vyborians. They take advantage of that. |
