Ha! That's hilarious. I see why you say it confuses people, as I personally wasn't familiar with half the names mentioned for my on time zone! In Montreal and most of Canada we do observe the DST unfortunately. And I only say it's unfortunate as I really can stand when the clock "moves" in either direction as it totally throws off sleeping patterns.
