So I'm going through week 2, and we've got our first come-from-behind victory of the young season. CAR vs. ATL. Panthers up 21-7 with 7 minutes to go in the 4th quarter. Atlanta gets extraordinarily lucky with the randomizer, scoring 2 TDs (1 missed PAT) and a safety in the last 7 minutes. The Panthers get the ball with less than 2 minutes to go and march to mid-field, only to throw 4 straight incompletions. So Atlanta wins, 22-21 in a nail-biter. Also happens that Atlanta is also our first team to reach 2-0 on the season.
I'll be updating the actual standings in the first post once the second week is entirely done. |
