Automatic Card Shuffler

Anyone ever tried using an automatic card shuffler for any FFP games? The FFP cards are so thick and usually a huge pain to shuffle so I was just wondering if anyone had tried anything! I think it could be cool I just don't want to put my cards through some shuffler and have it work as a shredder instead that would be awful..awful awful.

Something that could handle different amounts of cards would be cool to. But like I said if anyone out there is using an electric card shuffler let us know! Hopefully i'm not the only one that thinks they could be super useful...yeah im lazy okay..

I thought it was just me who thought that would be a good idea! I actually had card shuffler on my christmas list. I've had a good look on the net a few months ago and you can get card shufflers that can do 2 and 4 decks of cards at a time. I will have to buy one.

I've had the same idea but the mere thought of having bought a device that could ruin any of my LNoE cards is still holding me back. Like Samuraitrev I've looked at some that could shuffle more decks and even at a reasonable price. It's not that I've ever considered having my cards sleeved but I'd really like to see some scientific evidence of careful card handling during shuffling...

That said, it would be really awesome to have one. With giant decks of Zombie Cards, Hero Cards, Grave Weapons, Survival Tactics and Unique Items, setting up a game of LNoE takes time with the amount of shuffling involved. Could be cool just to have them preshuffled for every game!

Im terrified that the cards will get ruined..and they're not just something simple you can replace without buying the whole game/expansion again. There is a thread on BGG about using auto card shufflers and a lot of people seem to think it's a good idea to stay away from them we need someone to just try it...next baby zom to enter the boards should have to find a shuffler for us before they can gain full access to the downloads section MUAHAHAHAHA...too evil? No such thing


Seriously though we need to figure this out gentlemen!

I am not convinced it could handle a card that thick a regular deck of cards sure but the LNOE cards are so much different

Yeah that's the one problem with all the shufflers out there now..they're for shuffling numbered casino cards..any FFP game comes with thick cards that I just don't see an auto shuffler being able to handle..wahhh JCH make us a shuffler for your cards and we will buy them!!!!!!

There has to be great card shufflers that are recommended for all kinds of cards... if someone finds one, post it here. Lol.
