Yet again on the money with your Survival of the Dead and Evil Dead II reviews. I was so disappointed with SotD!
Hey have you ever given a film a 5 yet?

Greetings O Great Samurai Warrior, I believe the only 5 I have awarded in these posted movie reviews was to the original Night of the Living Dead. However there are at least 2 movies I am planning to rewatch and review that have a good shot at getting a 5: Alien and Pycho.

RE: Index of horror/thriller movies (currently 240 reviewed)
3 new reviews added for the following movies:

Horror of the Zombies (1974)
-aka El Buque Maldito
-aka The Ghost Galleon

Night of the Demons (2009)

Vengeance of the Zombies (1973)
-aka La Rebelion de las Muertas

After watching three pretty bad movies, I needed to watch a good one so I re-watched Shaun of the Dead (2004). I updated my review for Shaun and I have elevated its rating to 5 tasty brains because I realized there is not a single thing I could think of that could make the movie better.

RE: Index of horror/thriller movies (currently 241 reviewed)
SamuraiTrev had asked recently if I had rated any movies 5/5 yet. That made me wonder what kind of distribution my ratings would show. I counted up the # of movies I have awarded each rating and then put the info into the form of a bar graph which I am attaching below. This graph covers the first 241 movies I have reviewed.

It appears that I can find some positive aspect in almost any movie (there are few 0's and 0.5's) but I also don't award many top scores (4.5's and 5's). I was surprised to see that overall I rate most movies as something I would watch again (3 or higher).

I love stats! It's clear that there's quite a lot of average films out there but you're our man with the inside knowledge to guide us to the bloody good stuff!

Keep it up film maestro!

RE: Index of horror/thriller movies (currently 251 reviewed)
I have recently reviewed several more movies, pushing the total over the 250 mark! Some of the movies below are purely comedies but I am including them due to the horror backdrop they are using. Here are the additions:

The Call of Cthulu (2005)
Identity (2003)
Puppetmaster (1989)
Scary Movie (2000)
Scary Movie 2 (2001)
Scary Movie 3 (2003)
Tenebre (1982)

I also upped my rating on The Descent (2005) to a 4 after watching it again recently. Thanks to Trev for suggesting I give it another look.
