Watched two "ZOMBIE" movies this weekend...

Watched "SLITHER" and "REC". Both great movies... REC was absolutely messed up. It's the original Spanish language version of a new movie coming out called Quarantine. I tell you what... good scary movie... the ending was a no-brainer... but the ride was fantastic.

Slither was funny and good too. Loved it... you could definitely see "Night of the Creeps" in certain parts of the movie.

REC is available to view streaming online. Worth it if you ask me.

I've been seeing the ads for Quarantine...looks creepy as all get out.

Slither has become one of my favorite 'zombie' flicks of all time....Just the right amount of tongue in cheek, gore, and creepiness.

rec is awsome, the part when the people came back into the hall way from the guys room and those zombies all started running at them was sooooooo fucked up. i cant wait for the new American version.

deadrabbit... seriously. That part was so messed up. It kind of reminded me of 28 Days Later...

I hope Quarantine expands on the story just a tiny bit. I thought the characterization was a little lacking in rec.

i didnt really like the ending of rec very much, and that hole penthouse room was kinda cheesy, hopefully the new one improves on those subjects, but i loved how real it felt.

I think the remake is retarded. I mean come on, the original just hit the shelves and already some idiot in the US is doing a remake.
And according to fangoria magazine, wich I received last week, there will not be much difference from the original. They bluntly day that they copied the best bits of the original... sjeez...that realy pisses me off.
I've seen the spanish version when it came out...truely awesome...that remake...hell, I will not even go to a cinemacomplex when they show it.
Ofcourse now it will get the media-attention the original disserverd. pfff...

Tomorow I'll take some pictures of the fangoria magazine...for the people who have seen .rec it will be a flashback, trust me on this one.
