Ah, Wisconsin. Home of the National Mustard Museum and the most delicious beer I've ever had (Spotted Cow). I'll visit again sometime. (I did a quick weekend overnight in Milwaukee a while back.)

California claims the cheese state title these days. However we have cranberries to fall back on...plus our cows are happy cows.
