Ah, Wisconsin. Home of the National Mustard Museum and the most delicious beer I've ever had (Spotted Cow). I'll visit again sometime. (I did a quick weekend overnight in Milwaukee a while back.)

California claims the cheese state title these days. However we have cranberries to fall back on...plus our cows are happy cows.

The great Cranberry Bogs of S.Jersey probably beat you out but then again our cows are not very happy.
