RE: Painted GenCon Preview Enemies
I've had a very productive weekend while the wife was out of town
Here are my Trederran Raiders: and my Harvesters: I plan to spend the rest of the day priming everything else so if there is something specific anyone would like to see next, here's what I have left. Dark Stone Brutes, Hell Vermin, Scourge Rats & Nest, Trun Hunters, Void Hounds, Void Sorcerers, and the "Doorways Into Darkness". I've really appreciated everyones comments! Thank you all for taking the time to have a look at my pieces |

RE: Painted GenCon Preview Enemies
Damn you are a machine, it's inspired me to start painting again, I'm doing the new figs I just got
the Hell Vermin & Swamp Slugs (just Base coated them today). Alas I have to wait until 2'nd wave to get the rest of the figs. As there are only 6 SoB figs to do I'm going to go on & do my BL2 Core Set & Expansions . I would be interested in seeing how you do the Dark Stone Brutes. Oh- did the GenCon stuff you picked up come with painting guides? I'm interested in seeing how you got the look on the Trederran Raiders. Great Work! Yes, the Trederran Raiders did come with a painting guide, as well as the Harvesters. No guide for Dark Stone Brutes or Trun Hunters though. I'm just going to wing it based on the images on the cards. That's what I did for the Guardian and the Serpentmen.

RE: Painted GenCon Preview Enemies
I just finished up the Hell Vermin & those Painting Guides are a blessing!
I usually spend more time figuring what colors to use than in actually painting them up. OD Sighing like the night wind and sobbing like the rain,— Wailing for the lost one that comes not again: |

RE: Painted GenCon Preview Enemies
Yes, I agree! I love the painting guides. I haven't had a chance to get to anything since the Trederrans last weekend. I'm going to try to get the DS Brutes done this week. Then probably the Void Hounds / Sorcerers. We'll see how it goes, Lots to do this weekend so I won't have time to paint at all after the next couple of nights.
