LNOE: Aftermath (Potential Spoilers?)

After seeing the set of survivors in the Expansion of TP, it's quite clear that at least three of the LNOE cast have survived. In addition to this, the fate of at least one of the Heroes was sealed. Is there any background story on what happened to the rest? Or are we just leaving this for guesswork in the future? So far, this is what we have:

I think TP confirms Billy was killed (they say the rulebook mentioned it in Sheriff Anderson's bio). I read somewhere (BGG probably) that the cards also suggest Johnny dying (LNOE cards Overconfident, Unnecessary Sacrifice), and Kenny dying (Bitten).

The Q&A at the end of TP quotes (generically) other Woodinvale survivors... so assuming this is a hint of things to come, I'm interested in seeing the evolved hero cards of the said survivors... only so I can annihilate them in TP of course...

With regards to the expansions - since FFP stated that Timber Peak was its own game and based on the material and location, its indicated that it happens after the Wodinvale outbreak, should we consider that Growing Hunger and the SOTF expansion group (sotf, Hero Pack 1, grave weapons) happened at the same time as the base set?

We have to assume that, because Billy and the others still have cards with them on it that were released after their 'kill card' was printed.

One way to find out if there are additional casualties out there is through alternative art cards. Has anyone purchased their games directly from the FFP store and have these cards? Alternative arts to 'Bitten', 'I feel kinda strange', and 'No... It Can't Be!' are pretty much sure deaths.

I bought at least 1 pack that had alternative art cards. I will take a look.
